Community Support Activities

Our community support activities focus on influencing indigenous relations in the areas of employment, business opportunities and culture, as well as sporting programs, education, social issues, health and the arts.

Norilsk is committed to broad community consultation, in order to fulfil community expectations relating to social, environmental and economic concerns.

Some of our previous activities include:

• Support for communities within which we operate through sponsoring sporting and cultural activities
• Providing indigenous employment opportunities
• Providing support to secondary school programs and sponsoring seven indigenous tertiary students.
